    "William (Bill) Brickman and Mike (Finance Dude) were absolutely wonderful throughout my Mini experience. I think it was divine intervention that I ended up purchasing my Mini Countryman because Mini was not on my radar. Prior to purchasing my Countryman, I spent a month trying to purchase a VW Tiguan. The process was everything everyone HATES about purchasing a car. I decided TODAY I am going to buy a car. I was on my way to the last VW dealership in a 70 mile radius and the only Mini dealership in the Cleveland area was approximately 5 miles away. I figured I had nothing to lose; I would test drive a Mini, and if I didn't like it, I would go back to the VW dealership, bite the bullet, and buy another VW. (VW is a great car, however customer service/sales is seriously lacking). I stopped in Classic Mini and NEVER looked back! I enjoyed EVERYTHING about the experience. First of all - The product sells itself. Then, add a "no pressure", knowledgeable sales person, and a team of others willing to put together a sensible deal, and you get magic! I truly pray that I will be able to testify the exceptional treatment I received when purchasing my Mini continued throughout my ownership of the car. I did not rate Bill's "honesty & integrity" or "value of purchase" because, for me, they can only be rated over time.
